Tell us a bit about yourself
I am originally from Canada and was living and working in Japan for many years before I joined Hynd as the first employee when we opened our doors in 2006. Since then I have been specializing in Executive Search for global Healthcare companies and we have helped numerous companies start up in Japan and Asia for the first time.

What is your consulting style?
I take the time to get to know people. Understand who they are, what they have done and what their ambitions are. I invest time and energy into making sure I listen to peoples needs and interests be it a client or a candidate.

What is the secret to a successful career?
Hard work, motivation and goal setting are the obvious answers. But you must also be open and flexible to new ideas, approaches or opportunities.

What keeps you motivated?
The idea that I am providing a necessary service. I like what I do and the fact that I can provide our clients with the personnel they need, or give a candidate an opportunity they want brings great satisfaction.
